| Place: the Tutwiler Hotel 2021 Park Place North Birmingham, AL 35203 205.322.2100 Contact person @ the Tut is Trisha Conrad When: August 1, 2009 From 7-11 pm Rooms are available first come first serve basis. Standard double king or queen $109/night + tax Suite $129/night + tax Check in is 3pm/checkout is 11am Overnight Valet available @ $16 per night, drive in guest $6. Dinner will be heavy hors oeuvres/ 2 hours Dance floor with Dj. Cost of event $60 per person Make checks payable to Huffman High 79 Include your name, (maiden name if applicable) Address, phone number & email address on a computer generated Document and mail your entry fee(s) to: Huffman High 79 C/o Wes Truitt PO Box 1759 Pinson, AL 35126 If anyone would like to organize a separate event during the day of August 1st, i.e. golf outing, picnic or other event, please let me know. Also, I would like to ask if someone would like to put together a DVD slideshow for the event. So, I am asking everyone to email me up to 10 pics old and new of yourself and friends to include in slideshow. Try to save the pics in .jpg format. Please let me know if anyone would like to take on this mini project. I would like to post on this site a list of those we cannot locate and will ask if anyone knows the whereabouts of anyone on the list, let them know to contact us. If I have forgotten anything, feel free to email me and let me know. The sooner we can get our reservations in the better it will be. So save some money and send in your fee, August will be here before you know it. Also, we have to give the Tutwiler a firm count two weeks prior to August 1. Anyone wanting to attend after the two week cutoff will be charged an extra $7. So please make your arrangements soon. | |

| Attention to All HHS Class of '89 Classmates!!! This is an invitation to inform you about the 1st Official Class Reunion Meeting to be held on Sunday, June 14th has been moved to the Southside Library and not @ the Downtown Birmingham Public Library Meeting Room due seating capacity. The Southside Library is located @ 1814 11th Ave. South & 10th Court South @ 4pm to 6pm. The invitation is open for all and any classmate that would like to participate in organizing this event to a success. I do ap0p0gize for the inconvenience of this info being posted the first time.
